Hi! I’m Joey Benson, a paramedic with 15 years of experience, and I’m on a mission to revolutionize workplace morale for Emergency Medical Services (EMS) providers. Drawing from years spent navigating the challenges and high-pressure environments of emergency response, I understand the vital need for camaraderie, humor, and connection in a field often marked by stress and unpredictability.

To address this, I developed Fringo Bingo, a creative app that brings a playful twist to fostering team spirit. Fringo is essentially Bingo with a social and interactive edge—players connect with colleagues to play Bingo games featuring squares inspired by the everyday tasks and moments EMS crews encounter.
