These terms govern your use of Fringo’s website, mobile apps, and related services. By creating an account or using Fringo, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use Fringo. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity on your account.

2. Acceptable use

• Use Fringo for lawful, personal entertainment and social play.
• Do not harass other players, cheat, exploit bugs for unfair advantage, or attempt to disrupt our systems.
• Do not scrape, reverse engineer, or resell access to the service without written permission.

3. Games, events, and virtual items

Game rules, rewards, coins, and event outcomes are defined by the host and by Fringo’s product rules. We may change features, balances, or availability at any time. Virtual items have no cash value unless we explicitly state otherwise.

4. User content

You retain ownership of content you submit (such as profile details or custom bingo values). You grant Fringo a license to host, display, and process that content solely to operate the service.

5. Disclaimers

Fringo is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

6. Limitation of liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Fringo. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or USD $50 if you paid nothing.

7. Termination

You may stop using Fringo at any time and delete your account from Profile settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or pose risk to other users or the platform.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The current version is published on this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
